Wrinkle Removers – “Good Science”

A New York Times article discusses a recent review published in The Archives of Dermatology, in which three anti-aging treatments are stated to be clinically effective: retinol (applied topically); carbon dioxide laser resurfacing; and hyaluronic acid injection (a moisture-retaining acid that occurs naturally in the skin.)  In the NYT article Dr. Leffell is quoted as saying “This is an area where there’s a lot of hype and not much substance.  But this study is ‘good science.'”
